Appearance:
Deep ruby with vibrant purple edges, showing both youth and intensity.

Aromas:
Cool-climate spice leads the way—white pepper, clove, and star anise. Behind it, layers of dark cherry, blackberry, and mulberry mingle with hints of forest floor and subtle oak.

Palate:
Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced. The fruit is vivid but elegant, carried by lively acidity and fine, tapering tannins. Flavours of black cherry, plum, and blackberry compote intertwine with savoury spice, a touch of cocoa, and the earthy character unique to the Otways foothills. The finish is long, refined, and quietly powerful.

Style & Character:
A cool-climate Shiraz with restraint and sophistication—spicy, structured, and true to its small-batch, hand-crafted origins.

Serve With:
Rosemary anything, mushroom risotto, eggplant lasagne, spicy lentils or cheddar cheese.

Materials

100% hand-tended cool-climate Shiraz grapes grown in the beautiful Otways terroir fermented for 13.5% alcohol and 86.5% flavour.

Sulphites are also added to keep the sealed bottle perfect for you.

Product is bottle-sized, but comes in two options:

  • Unremoved cap: Bottle contains 750mL of yum
  • Removed cap: Bottle contents evaporate over about 20 minutes to sound of yum
