Appearance:
A blush pink with a delicate copper hue that catches the light beautifully.
Aromas:
Lifted notes of wild strawberry, watermelon rind, and fresh raspberry, supported by subtle hints of rose petal and crushed herbs from the cool-climate terroir.
Palate:
Bright, refreshing, and elegantly dry. Juicy , soft,-berry flavours unfurl across the palate, balanced by a soft citrus line—think pink grapefruit and lemon zest. A gentle minerality provides structure, leading to a crisp, clean finish that lingers.
Style & Character:
Graceful, aromatic, and expressive of its cool coastal origins. Crafted from Shiraz grapes but showing the finesse of a true cool-climate Rosé.
Serve With:
Grilled prawns, summer salads, soft cheeses, or a sunny afternoon with good company and beautiful berries from our region.

100% hand-tended cool-climate Shiraz grapes grown in the beautiful Otways terroir fermented for 13.5% alcohol and 86.5% flavour.
Sulphites are also added to keep the sealed bottle perfect for you.
